The parents finally come! Snow White's parents have passed, Belle has her father(Maurice), Aurora has both her parents, Cinderella's parents have also passed, Ariel's mother died but she still has her father(King Triton, King Of The Sea), and Jasmine's mother passed but she also has her father(The Sultan). Geez, the parents are pretty useless for some reason...

hi!!! I love your comic, is dark and the storyline is amazing. I saw one of your draws, and Alice was in it. So she will appear, and as I can see, Merlin probably will appear too. So this story is not only about princesses... in that case, will Peter Pan appear? he's one of my favourite Disney males and Alice/Peter is my favourite crossover :) congratulations for your job!!

Snow White is so sweet!!! I really never liked her and I think she looks kind of... ugly in her movie, but here she is incredibly beautiful, with long hair and brown/yellow eyes, and her personality is adorable and cute but not silly like in the movie. I feel so sorry for Aurora and the Kings and Queen :( Love your comic!!!
Thanks! I know Snow White is a character very undervalued for many people, they considerate her too innocent(she was a child after all) or silly. For that reason I was looking to offer a image more mature of her, with the same sweetness but more responsible.
I agree that she is undervalued, i would know 'cause i get a bit nervous telling people that she is my favorite disney princess, besides, it's been said that she was just 14 years old in her movie and im not sure why but i always loved her singing voice. That and i really like what you have done with these characters, its wonderful! Keep it up! ;) <3
I love the way you draw & color Snow's face on this chapter's cover. She looks like a (broken) porcelain doll, & at first glance, I find it quite creepy but after some time & a closer look, it's actually gorgeous!! I also love the lily flowers on the cover!
BTW, in the dream scene where Aurora says the line "No. He is always there. He never talks to me. And I never talk to him.", her face actually looks like she's been being punched like in a wrestling match (I'm sorry). Other than that, the rest is great though :)
Thanks! The lily flowers are the representation of the cementery in this chapter. Poor Aurora, her face it's more like "I don't really want your company or this conversation" xD.

Well yes, but I think the Evil Queen admires her face more rather than her body. Because normally, the face has much more influence on a person's attractiveness than the body has. Some people might be actually feel bothered by her exposed nipple. So I'll love it more if you cover her shown nipple with her hair. But then again, it's all up to you whether you want to change it or not. And of course, because you already warned that this story is adult-oriented. Overall, great page though :)
In the Disney version maybe it's true , but in an adult reality, the fairest one of them all must have a perfect face as long a beautiful body(like any classic Goddess). Anyway, this nude is artistic so I don't see any problem with her exposed nipple, and as you said this is not for children :) Besides, I think it's so much worse Phillip's death (for example) than an elegant nude scene.
Well, there's an unwritten rule that forbids people to see a person's "private area" (unless if they're married); yet there's no rule that forbids people to see a person's end of life.
And yes, it is elegant and artistic.
BTW, since when Maleficent has such twinkling eyes? Because no Disney Villains have twinkling eyes. The twinkling eyes are only possessed by the Disney protagonists.
That's because in animation we see the characters in continuous movement, so the twinkling eyes is not a must have. But a comic is made with statics images so if I don't put any shine inside all the character's eyes(except some particular cases or situations) their gaze will look empty and dead.
i've been reading this comic and its epic. i hope rosie doesn't die, it'll be sad. i hope aurora takes up the sword of truth and uses it to fight maleficent and her forces.

Don't mind the negativity towards the Evil Queen being nude and exposed. It is artistic and in absolutely no way "offensive or pornographic"...you are an artist and can express yourself however you please. If anyone dislikes it, that is their problem. You don't need to change a thing, in my opinion.

I am surprised too!! It's like come on people, I thought it was pretty obvious this is an Adult Comic. Not only because of the violence and blood, but in Chapter 3 you see Ariel wake up from bed after having sex with Eric!! and OMG, yes I did just say SEX!!! XD haha
Anyway, really I love what you did and I hope to see more artistic nudity. It is beautiful and you did a great job depicting the Evil Queen's vanity. I finally understand why she thought she was the most beautiful in the land!! She gorgeous, it just made me like her more. But Maleficent is still my #1 favorite villain, but Evil Queen just got spot #2 :)
I guess Mally had no idea that the Magic Mirror is bound to tell the truth only. The reason that Snow declared as "Fairest of All" is because she's beautiful both on the outside & on the inside. While Grimhilde is only beautiful on the outside.
BTW, does Grimhilde & Mally's alliance (and possibly bond) is based on their goals & objectives (and possibly hidden motives) or, even though rarely, from a real friendship?
Oh, and if you have plans to give the Magic Mirror a dialogue, make sure you already think of poems, because it speaks in rhymes.
The true reason why the mirror chose Snow White as the fairest one is because she has the gift of youthness, not for her inside beauty. I know the Magic Mirror speaks in rhymes, it will be complicated but I'll do my best.
Technically, being the fairest means having the whitest skin(not trying to be racist here). And believe me, in the original movie, Snow White's skin wasn't that white to me.
Here's my thought about why Grimhilde is angry: Rose Red was a princess(or a sister of Snow White's)who was orginally "The Fairest One Of All" but was killed. However, Rose Red's spirit was sent into Snow White's daughter. Now, Rose Red is secretly in Snow White's daughter's body to protect her. Do you like my prediction? :)

Ok,But I cant help to be angry with that person, it's not fair, it's your work an nobody must copy it. Since my own point of view that person is despicable and uncreative.
I read through it too. It seems like it has a similar idea, but I wouldn't call it a copy. A copy would be if it had the same characters or if that story was word for word identical to this one. The only similarity between the two is that it's about different character, from different worlds that will probably fight together against the villains. It's a very generic genre. So I would say it really isn't copying this one.
When are you going to start on the next chapter? I can hardly wait! The gruesome-ness, and I mean it in a good way, is unbelievably fantastic, it's not too much, and not too little! Great job really!
Hmmm...what could the Evil Queen's problem be with the name Rose Red...I'm thinking either the queen had a daughter named Rose Red that died (possibly) or maybe the Queen's name was Rose Red (before Grimhilde)....but I don't think Snow would name her daughter after her mean stepmother.....ahhh soo many thoughts in my head xD I can't wait to find out the reason why in the future!! :)
Ohh Snow White, why did you go in there alone >_< But I really doubt the magic mirror will hurt her. Even in the original movie I kind felt like the magic mirror wasn't a bad guy (even though he has a menacing look) and he always told the truth. I think the magic mirror will help Snow White. I also loved the way he called her the queen!! Good rhyming too :)

Yeah, he was just forced to work for the evil queen but that doesn't make him evil. He is like a double-edged sword :)
If you meant the one in the Disney novel, "Fairest of All: A Tale of the Wicked Queen", written by Serena Valentino, then yes, it's true. He has a strong negative influence on the Queen and the main reason why she become the villainous woman that we all know as shown in the 1937 film.
I like it when The Disney Princesses guest star in that show. The princesses teach good morals to Sofia and the viewers. So far, only Cinderella and Jasmine guest-starred. Belle and Aurora are coming soon.
Well, Maleficent and Ursula were dead too. There're good reasons for their return to life, but we'll know them in the future. Soon we'll have more scenes between Ariel and Belle :)
I'm pretty sure good will win. Eilonwy said Aurora was her great grandmother. Aurora must've gotten that portrait of her after the death of the villains. And so the tale ends with six heroes that have defeated the forces of darkness.
I think Aurora's gone to the dark side... She doesn't seem... pure to me anymore...

That's because in animation we see the characters in continuous movement, so the twinkling eyes is not a must have. But a comic is made with statics images so if I don't put any shine inside all the character's eyes(except some particular cases or situations) their gaze will look empty and dead.

Don't mind the negativity towards the Evil Queen being nude and exposed. It is artistic and in absolutely no way "offensive or pornographic"...you are an artist and can express yourself however you please. If anyone dislikes it, that is their problem. You don't need to change a thing, in my opinion.

I am surprised too!! It's like come on people, I thought it was pretty obvious this is an Adult Comic. Not only because of the violence and blood, but in Chapter 3 you see Ariel wake up from bed after having sex with Eric!! and OMG, yes I did just say SEX!!! XD haha
Anyway, really I love what you did and I hope to see more artistic nudity. It is beautiful and you did a great job depicting the Evil Queen's vanity. I finally understand why she thought she was the most beautiful in the land!! She gorgeous, it just made me like her more. But Maleficent is still my #1 favorite villain, but Evil Queen just got spot #2 :)

DeleteI guess Mally had no idea that the Magic Mirror is bound to tell the truth only. The reason that Snow declared as "Fairest of All" is because she's beautiful both on the outside & on the inside. While Grimhilde is only beautiful on the outside.

The true reason why the mirror chose Snow White as the fairest one is because she has the gift of youthness, not for her inside beauty.

Technically, being the fairest means having the whitest skin(not trying to be racist here). And believe me, in the original movie, Snow White's skin wasn't that white to me.

DeleteI read through it too. It seems like it has a similar idea, but I wouldn't call it a copy. A copy would be if it had the same characters or if that story was word for word identical to this one. The only similarity between the two is that it's about different character, from different worlds that will probably fight together against the villains. It's a very generic genre. So I would say it really isn't copying this one.

DeleteHmmm...what could the Evil Queen's problem be with the name Rose Red...I'm thinking either the queen had a daughter named Rose Red that died (possibly) or maybe the Queen's name was Rose Red (before Grimhilde)....but I don't think Snow would name her daughter after her mean stepmother.....ahhh soo many thoughts in my head xD I can't wait to find out the reason why in the future!! :)

Even in the original movie I kind felt like the magic mirror wasn't a bad guy (even though he has a menacing look) and he always told the truth. I think the magic mirror will help Snow White. I also loved the way he called her the queen!! Good rhyming too :)

DeleteIf you meant the one in the Disney novel, "Fairest of All: A Tale of the Wicked Queen", written by Serena Valentino, then yes, it's true. He has a strong negative influence on the Queen and the main reason why she become the villainous woman that we all know as shown in the 1937 film.
